scientific, healthcare, and media markets, today announced the re-purchase of

200,000 Thomson Reuters PLC ordinary shares on May 27, 2008. The average price

paid was 1606.2755 pence per share. The highest price per share paid was 1616

pence and the lowest price per share paid was 1588 pence.

As of May 27, 2008, Thomson Reuters PLC had 186,828,935 ordinary shares

outstanding. The re-purchased shares of Thomson Reuters PLC will be cancelled.
