NEW YORK, NY, June 25 2008 - Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI; TSX: TRI; LSE: TRIL:

scientific, healthcare, and media markets, today announced the re-purchase of

325,000 Thomson Reuters PLC ordinary shares on June 25, 2008. The average price

paid was 1414.6904 pence per share. The highest price per share paid was 1442

pence and the lowest price per share paid was 1393 pence.

As of June 25 2008, Thomson Reuters PLC had 182,965,909 ordinary shares

outstanding. The re-purchased shares of Thomson Reuters PLC will be cancelled.
