212,360 Thomson Reuters PLC ordinary shares on June 12, 2008. The average price

paid was 1544.9495 pence per share. The highest price per share paid was 1564

pence and the lowest price per share paid was 1512 pence.

As of June 12 2008, Thomson Reuters PLC had 184,957,939 ordinary shares
