scientific, healthcare, and media markets, today announced the re-purchase of

150,000 Thomson Reuters PLC ordinary shares on June 6, 2008. The average price

paid was1581.092 pence per share. The highest price per share paid was 1600

pence and the lowest price per share paid was 1557 pence.

As of June 6 2008, Thomson Reuters PLC had 185,722,694 ordinary shares

outstanding. The re-purchased shares of Thomson Reuters PLC will be cancelled.
