Thomson Reuters Business Acquisition Report

NEW YORK, NY - May 15, 2008 - Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI; TSX: TRI; LSE: TRIL; NASDAQ: TRIN) today announced that it has filed a business acquisition report in connection with the recent acquisition of Reuters Group PLC. The business acquisition report includes historical audited financial information related to Reuters Group PLC and pro forma financial information which estimates the performance of the Thomson Reuters business as if The Thomson Corporation acquired Reuters on January 1, 2007.
