Thomson Prometric Renews and Expands Testing Contract With NASD

BALTIMORE, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thomson Prometric, the global leader in assessment services, and part of The Thomson Corporation (NYSE: TOC; TSX: TOC), today announced that NASD is renewing and expanding its exam delivery contract. The $90 million agreement calls for Thomson Prometric to continue to deliver NASD certification exams in its network of domestic testing centers. For the millions of exams completed to date Testing Candidate Satisfaction met or exceeded 98 percent.

Additionally, this new agreement extends the relationship to include international delivery, leveraging Thomson Prometric's extensive worldwide test center network.
